How to report an Issue?

  • Please contact us immediately by sending an email to developer@prettylovingthing.com with the details. This can include screenshots, videos, or simple text instructions.

  • Please share your contact details (email, phone number) so that our security team can reach you if they need further input to identify or close the problem.
  • Do not take advantage of a vulnerability or issue you have discovered, for example, by downloading more data than is necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability, or by deleting or modifying other people's data.
  • Don't use attacks on physical security, social engineering, distributed denial of service, spam, etc.
  • Don't tell your problem to others until the problem is solved.

Eligibility - 

Generally speaking, any bug that poses a critical vulnerability may qualify for recognition, but it is entirely up to our discretion whether the bug is significant enough to qualify for recognition as a security issue that usually Will be listed under Vulnerability Categories.
