What is the Pretty Loving Thing return policy?

Return policy is for the benefit of our beautiful customer, if there is any issue regarding the order the user can have the option to return the product within 7 days after the product is delivered.

Steps to apply to the return & refund request - 

  1. Click on the tab of My Account. 
  2. Check product details and select the product you wish to return.
  3. Click on the Return tab (for return of a particular product).
  4. Provide valid reasons why the user wants to return the product.
  5. The request will be monitored and reviewed by the team.
  6. A confirmation mail will be generated to the user for the return of the product.
  7. The delivery man will collect the product and send it back to Pretty Loving Thing. 

Conditions for the return & refund policy -

  1. The condition of the product will be evaluated by the concerned department. 
  2. If you have any product damage, then its unboxing video will have to be shown, then we will review your product and will revert to you.
  3. If you say that I got the product wrong or the order that I have ordered did not come, some other product has arrived, then its unboxing video will have to be shown, then we will review your product and will revert to you.
  4. An executive will have a telephone conversation with the user and review the process for initiating the refund.
  5. The product is eligible for return within 15 to 20 days of delivery. You can exchange the product for a different size or return for a full refund.
  6. Please keep the item in its original condition, original accessories in a branded outer box, with MRP tag attached, warranty card, and manufacturer packaging for a successful refund/replacement.
  7. We may contact you to determine if the product has damage or defects before issuing a refund/replacement.

Note - Once the item is returned to the warehouse, there will be a quality check before initiating the refund process.

How to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of the order placement through the My Order section or by writing to us at developer@prettylovingthing.com.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or for returned products?

Prepaid: In case of prepaid order, the money will be refunded to the bank account/credit/debit card from where the payment was made. 

Postpaid: Cash on Delivery orders will require customers to provide the bank details where they wish to receive the refund.

In the event of an order being cancelled, we will process your refund within 5 business days. In case of returns, we will refund the money once the product is picked up by our courier partner.

Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, You can return any product that is eligible for the return. Please note that there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

List of non-exchangeable or non-refundable products -

  1. Converted product as per specifications/measurements provided by you.
  2. Customize made products
  3. Products to be purchased at any sale/promotion organized by Pretty Loving Thing.
  4. Products that were marked as non-refundable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
  5. If you get the product returned or exchanged because of the fabric, then that product will not be exchanged because we have already mentioned the fabric and the style in the product description.

Note :- You may get a slight change in the color of the product, due to the light effect.

My outfit doesn't fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit you and you would like to get a new size, please request a size exchange and the customer service team will create a rto against the delivered order, once the product will be received at the warehouse in it’s actual condition, we will dispatch the requested product size.
